Romans 3:21-26 (NIV)__________________________________________________________
Righteousness Through Faith
21 But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22 This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. 25 God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood. He did this to demonstrate his justice, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished— 26 he did it to demonstrate his justice at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.
For all my friends who have not received this precious gift from God, I pray for all of you that you will open up your hearts and receive His gift of salvation.
God loves us so much that He sent His Son to suffer and die on the cross for us, so that our sins may be forgiven. The only thing we have to do is to accept this truth, receive it into our hearts, and we will be able to spend eternity in the presence of God. It’s free, and you do not have to work for it, so why not receive?
Father God, have mercy on all of us, for we all have transgress against You at many points in our lives. Some of us even hold doubts against Your existence. Yet nothing about You has change. You still love us and waiting for the day of our repentance.
I thank You Father for this gift. I will hold on to it dearly.
